Communicating during emergencies with your service providers is imperative, however it should not take forever to connect with a service representative.A picture is worth a thousand words and Transponder App uses every word to provide you with great service while reducing your cost and saving your time.

The Enstitute Summer Immersive Program is a two-week immersive program that brings top entrepreneurs to top students to teach young innovators how to think and act like an entrepreneur.
All summer fellows are tasked to come up with a entrepreneurial project to start/accomplish in the two week program. As such I am currently in the process of developing a service that will revolutionize how we experience video and audio in this world.

As a product design intern it was my responsibility to test, debug, and review Alpha and Beta phones from various OEMs. In addition, I worked with the marketing team to create in-house comparative analyses as well as develop new procedures and applications directed towards revenue and efficiency growth.

Worked on a team that reviewed the marketing campaign for the Zune media player. We then conducted focus groups and other research to test the effectiveness of the campaign. Upon completion of the research, we altered the marketing campaign to reflect our findings for a more effective campaign and then presented it to the executive board of Xbox & Zune.
